By creating an account you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or 16 where applicable by local law). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree not to create accounts for others or share your account.
Amesya offers two subscription plans — Seeker (€6.99/month or €39.99/year) and Mystic (€9.99/month or €59.99/year) — in addition to one-time in-app purchases. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. One-time purchases (readings, reshuffles, oracle packs) are non-refundable as they are digital goods consumed immediately upon purchase. To cancel a subscription, do so through your Stripe billing portal or contact us. Please reach out if you experience any technical payment issues.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it in any unlawful manner. Amesya reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
All content, card designs, readings, and imagery on Amesya are the intellectual property of Amesya. You may not reproduce or redistribute any content without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amesya and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Your use of Amesya is at your own risk.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Amesya after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
